Licensed in 2020, Grant joined Kunkemoeller Law in 2026. He brings a multidisciplinary background in economics and computer science to his business law practice, allowing him to approach client matters with analytical rigor and practical insight. Prior to joining Kunkemoeller Law, Grant was a Judicial Law Clerk at the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas before honing a relentless work ethic as a prosecutor for Harris County. He later represented businesses and insurers in complex insurance defense matters. Drawing on this diverse experience, Grant brings a proactive approach to advising clients across a range of business matters with an emphasis on thoughtful risk assessment and sound decision-making.
Licensed in December 2017, Katherine joined Kunkemoeller Law in 2021. With a foundation in litigation, Katherine anticipates potential risks and crafts strategies that keep clients out of the court room. Known for her calm, meticulous approach, she brings precision and analytical rigor to every matter, carefully examining each issue to provide comprehensive guidance. Before joining Kunkemoeller Law, Katherine clerked at the Harris County Civil District Court and interned at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas First Court of Appeals.

After building his foundation in energy commodity trading contracts, he expanded into the upstream energy and construction sectors where he has spent over a decade refining his craft.
